30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in saleable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Refund Request

To start a return or refund request, please submit a request via our Corporate Contact Form (selecting "Customer Support" as the purpose) with your order number, list of items, and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and return shipping address.

Exclusions

Custom formulations, private-label products, and bulk raw materials are sold under final-sale terms as defined in the master service agreement and are not eligible for standard returns unless they deviate from approved specification files.
